My Vision from God

Hi world! Tonight I'm going to be telling my story of a vision (dream, whatever you want to call it) that came from God! I've felt in my heart that this is one of my stories I needed to share with the world! With that being said, lets begin!

What I tell you now in the darkness, shout abroad when daybreak comes. What I whisper in your ear, shout from the housetops for all to hear! -Matthew 10:27

On October 3rd, 2017 I had woke up around 7 AM. This was pretty usual as my daughter usually woke up around this time. She was still asleep so I decided to head back to bed to get some more sleep as well until she woke. I laid back down for a few minutes and I remember specifically being still somewhat awake when my vision started. All of a sudden everything was going a really bright white, I couldn't see anything. I started panicking at first because I knew my daughter was still sleeping and I also knew she would be getting up anytime now. I couldn't pass out or be unconscious if she were to wake up!  Everything was going white though, not black like when you actually pass out. Alright, so everything is now white, I start hearing a very loud shaking noise (the only way I know how to explain it) in my ears. Feeling as if something is literally rattling me back and fourth. The very loud noise in my ears start fading a bit and I suddenly feel very peaceful and not worrying about my daughter. I was told my daughter was safe and there wasn't anything to worry about. I starting seeing bunches of words, pretty much a bunch of sentences. All the words were in black and still on the very bright white background. I tried quickly reading everything I saw, but couldn't. Everything I was suppose to read was highlighted in red. I read "GET UP!" and then suddenly that disappears and I read "CONTINUE READING!" Everything starts shaking and getting very noisy feeling as I'm being rattled back and fourth again. Everything shines super bright again and then just like that I can see again! My eyes are open. I quickly sat up in complete shock! GOD JUST TOLD ME WHAT TO DO in the most clearest way He ever has before! I'm in such shock! This really just happened. This vision that was so unearthly I couldn't put into words. Something like this can only come from God himself. Still to this day it amazes me!!! I then looked over at my daughter. She was still sleeping and so peacefully at that! I prayed, thanking God for what he had just done for me. I then got up and did exactly what God just told me to do!

Continue reading He said. But where? The day before this vision I had been talking to one of my church friends and she had suggested that I should read the Sermon on the Mount in the book of Matthew for the rest of that week. So, super excited God gave me a vision and communicated with me in a way He never has before I got up and felt as if God wanted me to begin reading at the beginning of the book of Matthew. So I did just that! YOU GUYS!! I started reading and read the following and was completely blown away: After the wise men were gone, and angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. "Get Up! Flee from Egypt with the child and his mother," the angel said. "Stay there until I tell you to return, because Herod is going to search for the child to kill him." That night Joseph left for Egypt with the child and Mary, his mother, and they stayed there until Herod's death. This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: I called my son out of Egypt." -Matthew 2:13-15 Josephs dream literally started by God saying "Get Up!" just as mine had! A reminder God had indeed sent me this vision. My mind was blown again, and I continued reading just as I was told. I then started reading in Matthew 4, Satan Tempts Jesus in the Wilderness. We all know how the enemy prowls around this earth bugging and tempting God's people, including me! Time and time again with me (see my earlier post on spiritual warfare for one specific time). This was it you guys! Highlighted in red in my bible God told Satan "For the Scriptures say, 'You must worship the Lord your God and serve only Him." -Matthew 4:10 This was what God needed me to read. When being tempted by the enemy, I needed to stop and say "You must worship the Lord your God and serve only Him." Kick the enemy in the butt and get him outta here! You are to not listen to what the enemy is saying and trying to make you do. To this day when I'm being tempted by the enemy (even the smallest tempts) or if I know I should do something that pleasing for God but my fear (notice the word fear I'm using, NOT from God) of putting myself out there takes over, I'm to stop and say to myself "You must worship the Lord your God and serve only Him!" What God needs you to do may not always be in your comfort zone (like this blog for me for instance, haha!) but we are to do anyways if God wants us to. To fulfill His will. Now I'm not saying I don't always sin or listen, because lets face it, not one person on this earth has or ever will be perfect. No one ever EXCEPT Jesus himself when he was here on earth. But the good news is that He will forgive us and lets us try again!

I continued reading in Matthew and journaling some more until my daughter woke up that morning. My daughter woke up 45 minutes later than usual! How does that even happen!? God needed me to read this so he gave me the time! He plans everything out for us if we obey! I went the entire day walking on cloud nine! I'm so beyond thankful for this way God clearly spoke to me. So thankful I could never write it out in words to describe. Everything I read that morning in my bible spoke to me, tied into the vision I just had, gave me so much peace and guidance, and pulled me closer to God!

A morning I will never forget!

I encourage you all to read the book of Matthew this week! Listen and let God speak to you!

Hanging Rock and Wabash Reef National Natural Landmark

Hanging Rock and Wabash Reef National Natural Landmark Hanging Rock and Wabash Reef National Natural Landmark is located in Largo, IN.  Once you arrive to Hanging Rock there is a small parking lot where you will start your adventure.  What makes this place so special? -Hanging Rock contains Siluria coral reef from when Indiana was covered by shallow sea water.  -65 feet high above the Wabash River. -200-foot-wide base. -In prehistoric and historic times, many used Hanging Rock for navigation, astronomical observation, and military observation. -Indigenous people and European Americans have used the Hanging Rock as both an overlook and a landmark. The hike to the top is fairly simple! The trail is only 0.2 miles long, the hardest part is the rocky incline.  The view from the top didn't disappoint!  After taking in the view from the top of Hanging Rock we made our way down to the bottom of the rock. It was really cool to see all the layers. The downfall and the most disappointing pa

Dandelion Craft

Dande-LION This fun and easy craft was a blast for my two girls! Here is what you will need:   -Rocks -Dandelions -Double sided tape -Permanent Marker Here is what we did:  First and most importantly, pick dandelions! (You can use anything growing in your yard to be creative with these.) We then took our double-sided tape and stuck it on the rock where we wanted the dandelions to stick. Next, we stuck the dandelions to the tape. Finally, we used our marker to make our faces.  Here are some of our finished rocks!

Worry, Fear, & Spiritual Warfare (My story)

I use to worry far more than necessary. One quick example before I begin my story, I remember back when I was in school (elementary to be exact) I use to worry so much for the next day. Whether I would have a test or just worried I wasn't sure what to expect for the next day. I sometimes worried so much I would get a bellyache before bed! That's when my mom would always sit down with me and tell me that no matter what happened the next day or no matter how I did in school she and dad would love me always NO MATTER WHAT! (Just as God does for us!) Inside it always made me feel so good! (Gosh, I have the best parents!) I'm not really sure why I would worry so much back then, because I had such a loving family and didn't do that bad in school either! I however, eventually grew out of that specific worry. I have tons more examples about my life and worry, but I want to fast forward to one specific time in my life where worry and fear completely took over. Before I get sta
